The study program – knowing what matters most
The study program is one of a kind because of the special bond between lecturers and students that our school has to offer. Professors are available to students as mentors and guide them throughout their studies. In addition, we have created various service facilities to support students in shaping their studies and planning their careers, e.g. StudiCenter oder Student counseling. In all our study programs, we place particular emphasis on practical orientation in addition to teaching specialist knowledge and key competencies. A core component of our education is the teaching of ethical principles and a strong emphasis on social responsibility. We were one of the first universities in the world to adopt the UN’s Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) and also a code of ethics. Against the backdrop of the increasing globalization of the economy, we offer our students a wide range of opportunities to gain international and intercultural experience as part of their studies, which is why we encourage our students to complete either an internship abroad or a semester at a partner university. In addition, the topic of digitalization also plays an important role in our degree programs. We are fully committed to mastering the future challenges ahead and equipping our students with the knowledge and skills of tomorrow.
