Sechs Monate lang durfte ich das Erlebnis Porsche hautnah erleben! Von der Organisation der Infoveranstaltung für neue Mitarbeiter:innen über die Ausarbeitung eines Change Konzeptes bis hin zur Planung und Erstellung des Newsletters – das Praktikum war abwechslungsreich und bot viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu entwickeln.

In meiner Zeit als Praktikantin führte ich die Projekte eigenverantwortlich und unterstützte bei der Überwachung, Planung sowie Ausarbeitung von Change- und Kommunikationsformaten. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Vielfältigkeit der Aufgaben und die Verantwortung, die einem von Beginn an zugeschrieben wird. Ich konnte mich kreativ ausleben und eigene Ideen einbringen, sei es intern vor dem Team oder vor einer größeren Runde. Als Praktikantin ist man fester Bestandteil des Teams und wird in alle Aufgaben eingebunden!

Bei der Ausarbeitung von Change Formaten konnte ich lernen, dass nicht alles mit Erfolg verknüpft ist und die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter:innen genau identifiziert werden müssen, sodass zielgruppengerecht agiert werden kann. In der Analysephase sammelt man viel internes Wissen, welches einem nicht nur im Change Management, sondern auch in der internen Kommunikation helfen kann, die Botschaften richtig zu senden.

Ein weiterer Höhepunkt meines Praktikums war das Mitwirken an den Vorbereitungen der Jahresauftaktveranstaltung! Hierzu gehörte unter anderem die Ausarbeitung eines genauen Regieplans sowie das Zusammenfügen aller Teilpräsentationen sowie die Begleitung während der Veranstaltung. Am Ende zu sehen, wie alles reibungslos abläuft und positives Feedback für seine Arbeit zu erhalten, war großartig.

Mein Praktikum ist leider vorbei, dennoch bin ich sehr froh, die Projekte als Werkstudentin neben meiner Thesis begleiten zu dürfen! Wer in einem jungen, dynamischen Team mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft arbeiten möchte, ist hier definitiv richtig!

For six months, I was able to experience the Porsche experience up close! From organizing the information event for new employees and developing a change concept to planning and creating the newsletter - the internship was varied and offered many opportunities to develop.

During my time as an intern, I worked independently on projects and supported the monitoring, planning and development of change and communication formats. I particularly liked the variety of tasks and the responsibility I was given right from the start. I was able to be creative and to contribute my own ideas, whether internally in front of the team or in front of a larger group. As an intern, you are an integral part of the team and are involved in all tasks!

When developing change formats, I learnt that not everything is linked to success and that the needs of employees have to be precisely identified so that you can act in a way that is appropriate for the target group. During the analysis phase, you gather a lot of internal knowledge, which can help you not only in change management, but also in the internal communication to send the right messages.

Another highlight of my internship was being involved in the preparations for the annual kick-off event! Among other things, this included drawing up a precise production plan, putting together all the sub-presentations and providing support during the event. It was great to see everything run smoothly at the end and to receive positive feedback for my work.

My internship is over unfortunately, but I'm still very happy to be able to accompany the projects as a working student alongside my thesis! If you want to work in a young, dynamic team with a lot of heart and passion, this is definitely the right place for you!
