About 20 to 30 professionals, professors and students take part in events of the Human Resources Forum. Six events take place annually at Pforzheim University, often in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Nordschwarzwald. The time span of an event is between 2 to 3 hours, generally taking place in the late afternoon on Fridays or in the early evening on Thursdays. Topics are largely oriented towards questions the participating professionals are dealing with. Currently, a total of about 200 HR managers from companies are involved in the activities.

Its members are companies and individuals dealing with human resources management tasks, as well as professors and students of Pforzheim University.
