Our first semester MBA students took time out of their tight schedule to participate in a team building activity held at the Wildpark, a popular wild animal park just next door to the university. The activities were designed to encourage participants to develop teamwork, foster trust and encourage communication. Among other things the students were tested on their problem-solving skills and leadership skills! Interestingly, it was evident that a spirit of togetherness and cohesion had already existed within the group. The mini event was concluded with a feedback session where each participant was given the opportunity to elaborate on key takeaways. The teambuilding event was part of the series of welcome events offered to the new MBA students.
