Premiere of „Meet Master“ job fair

The pilot of HS PF’s new job career fair “Meet Master” was highly valued by both students and companies. Master students from the Business School and the Engineering School had the opportunity to exchange with companies from the region in this framework. In previously arranged individual interviews or at roundtables, the students received the opportunity to convince the company representatives of themselves. Additionally, the companies gave input through short presentations that were open to all students enrolled in a Masters program.

“The event was a good learning experience and especially my interview with BLANCO turned out to be very insightful. Sitting across the two HR professionals of a company for an interview helped me gain a better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses” Himanshu Sharma, MBA student from the Class of 2019 reflects on his individual interview. “Thank you for this opportunity and I would say that we should make it a regular feature for future students.”
“We are going to collect and evaluate the insights and experience of all participants”, explains Professor Markus Oliver Schwaab, Professor in the MBA Program and Initiator of Meet Master. “Based on this feedback we will make the decision, in which form this can be continued and improved.”
