MBA goes digital

News

As a result of the actual Covid-19 situation the MBA switched to online classes to allow the students to pursue their studies within the set time frame.

Pforzheim University responded to the spread of the corona virus and the linked prohibition of face-to-face classes on campus by implementing 200 virtual lecture rooms.

Within only a couple of days the MBA professors and lecturers adapted to the new situation and switched their classes to digital formats. Now all students are able to join the classes without having to leave their dorms, flats and apartments. The Alfaview online tool which is used at Pforzheim University enables the professors and students to communicate with each other during the classes so that a certain amount of interaction is still possible in class. Group work which is still a vital part of many classes is now done via skype or other platforms and prepares our students for possible future challenges.

The MBA students highly appreciate that their professors took on the challenge to go digital with their classes thus guaranteeing them to go on with their studies without any Covid-19 related break by which many other programs are effected at the moment.

The MBA team that is also working from home now is still available for current and prospective students. We are happy to assist you
