Business Administration / Digital Enterprise Management B.Sc.

For the architects of tomorrow's digital business world

Digitalization is unstoppable and will change business models, work processes and the way we live together at least as much as the invention of printing with moveable types. Society and companies therefore urgently need women and men to support them in the digital transformation. The prosperity of all of us, but also the respect of ethical principles are at stake.

Today, we are already finding Internet-enabled microchips in everyday objects, in automobiles or means of production - the digitization of society and economy is in full swing. The result is a digital parallel world in which not only people and machines exchange information with each other, but also machines among themselves. That's why we teach "Doing Business in a digital world" instead of just "Digital Business" – with a lot of business administration and the right dose of information technology.

  • The curriculum encompasses the achievement of 210 credits in 7 semesters
  • 62 of these credits are allocated to the major field of study
  • 103 credits to cross-disciplinary courses (specifically business administration, economics, quantitative methods, ethics & social responsibility, and language skills)
  • 28 credits to the internship semester
  • 17 credits to the concluding capstone assignments and thesis.

Projects, internship semester, an elective module with 12 credits in 6th semester and the thesis allow students to tailor the program individually to their intended career path. Within the elective module, students can choose besides a compulsory course “e-Business and Supply Chains” among courses in the field of Digital Business Models -like Internet of Everything, Organizational Networks, and Anything-Relationship-Management, and Digital Technology Solutions - like Mobile Solutions, Smart Factory, and Big Data Management.
