In a compelling narrative, he detailed LEWA's journey through three stages of digitalization implementation, offering a captivating glimpse into their innovative approach. One standout initiative Moritz highlighted was LEWA's development of an Augmented Reality (AR) app, which eased their sales and training process significantly. This innovative tool empowered sales teams to vividly demonstrate pump functionality to clients, enhancing understanding and engagement.
