International Visiting Professors at Pforzheim Business School
Our school is frequently integrating professors from our partner universities, aiming to foster cooperation and links within our network of partner institutions.
These colleagues typically take the responsibility for one or more courses on undergrad or master’s level, including examination and grading.
Teaching Scenarios – on mutual agreement
- around 2 weeks on our campus | one course | 15 sessions (90 minutes each)
- around 3 to 4 weeks on our campus | two courses | total of 30 sessions (90 minutes each)
- Entire semester on our campus | 4 courses | 60 sessions (90 minutes each)
Academic Calendar
Universities in Germany are having a summer and a winter semester.
- Teaching period within our winter semester, regular track:
beginning of October – end of January - Teaching period winter semester, fast-track:
beginning of October – Christmas - Teaching period summer semester:
mid-March – end of June
For courses, having a written exam as an assessment, we have an examination period of 2 weeks, right after the end of teaching period. Fast track courses will be finished including assessment before Christmas.

Our Package
Travelling costs will be reimbursed, housing arranged by our school for free, shuttle service from and to Frankfurt / Stuttgart Airport for free as well as public transport in the city of Pforzheim. Further details and compensation on inquiry.
