Our first and third semester students welcomed their first guest-in-classroom of the winter semester 2022/2023 in the person of alumna Adriana Rotaru. Having graduated in 2015, Adriana is now a Senior Product Manager at TeamViewer. She joined the class together with her peer, Artus Rupalla, Product Manager at TeamViewer. Adriana and Artus talked about the TeamViewer Product Portfolio, the Product Discovery Process and how it creates value.
On top of the various arrays of software solutions, i.e., augmented reality technology and IoT being among them, TeamViewer is also dynamic in its product strategy process. Adriana stated that innovation is highly vital for an organization like TeamViewer to maintain their leading position on the market. Artus led participants through a brief design thinking exercise to give the candidates a rough idea of a small part of a product manager’s ideation process.
