Business School Pforzheim is the no. 1 business school at a university of applied sciences in Germany for the 6th year in a row, according to the international Eduniversal 2023 ranking. In the overall ranking of all universities, Business School Pforzheim has once again achieved a place among the top 10 business schools in the country.

In the category „Recommendation by deans“, it reaches 6th place, which also puts Business School Pforzheim at the top of the ranking of universities of applied sciences in Germany. „To be at the top so many times in a row is also an outstanding team achievement," says Rector Professor Dr Ulrich Jautz, delighted with the excellent result and the commitment of all colleagues at the Business School.

„We are delighted that we are regarded as the leading Business School in Germany and that our research and academic teaching are valued worldwide“, said Professor Dr. Thomas Cleff, Dean of the School. „Once again, we got the confirmation that our graduates in Business Administration and Business Law meet the demands of an international labour market.“

The Eduniversal ranking is based on a survey of rectors and deans of a total of 1,000 business schools. For each country, they indicate which business school they would recommend to a  prospective student wishing to study in that country. The ranking therefore displays the international reputation of a country's business schools. The 1,000 universities eligible to take part in the ranking are selected by an international academic committee.

Die Business School Pforzheim ist gemäß dem internationalen Ranking Eduniversal 2023 zum 6. Mal in Folge die Nummer 1 unter den Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften in Deutschland. Im Gesamtranking aller Hochschulen, in dem auch die Universitäten berücksichtigt sind, hat die Business School Pforzheim erneut eine Platzierung unter den Top 10 der Business Schools in Deutschland erreicht.

In der Kategorie "Empfehlung der Dekane" liegt die Business School Pforzheim auf dem 6. Rang und gleichzeitig an der Spitze der Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften in Deutschland. „Die Spitzen-Platzierung macht deutlich, dass wir mit unserer Lehre höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen gerecht werden und im nationalen und internationalen Vergleich ganz vorne mit dabei sind. So oft in Folge an der Spitze zu sein, ist auch eine überragende Teamleistung“, freut sich Rektor Professor Dr. Ulrich Jautz über das hervorragende Ergebnis und das Engagement aller Kolleginnen und Kollegen an der Business School.

Das Eduniversal-Ranking basiert auf einer Umfrage unter Rektoren und Dekanen von insgesamt 1.000 Business Schools. Für jedes Land geben sie an, welche Business School sie einem Studieninteressierten empfehlen würden, der in diesem Land studieren möchte. Die Rangliste gibt also Aufschluss über das internationale Ansehen der Business Schools in einem Land. Die 1.000 Hochschulen, die in das Ranking einbezogen werden, werden von einem internationalen akademischen Komitee ausgewählt.
