The Master of Business Administration in Management is a continuing education program in the form of a professional MBA, which qualifies students for management positions in medium-sized and large companies on a part-time basis and comprises 90 ECTS credits. It primarily teaches interdisciplinary aspects of business administration, has a more general orientation and also includes elective courses. The program is strongly application-oriented and includes a company project in addition to the Master's thesis.
The target group consists of university graduates with an above-average first academic degree in economics (overall grade good or better) or a study program with a focus on economics (industrial engineering, business law, ...). Applicants with a Bachelor's degree amounting to 180 ECTS have the option of acquiring the missing 30 credits by providing evidence of appropriately qualified professional practice and within the framework of an additional module. The program requires at least 12 months of work experience, which must have been acquired after graduating with the first university degree.
