Eduniversal 2025: Pforzheim moves up into the league of TOP business schools
Strong leap in performance - Faculty of Business and Law achieves "4 Palmes of Excellence"

The Business School at Pforzheim University has moved up into the league of top business schools in the Eduniversal Ranking 2025: With the "4 Palmes of Excellence" award, it is ranked 7th in this category and is also number 1 among German universities of applied sciences in Germany. The "4 Palmes of Excellence - TOP Business School" award stands for universities with a strong international reputation and extensive global activities as well as an excellent academic level.

"The fact that we have once again risen in the Eduniversal ranking and are now among the top business schools for the first time is a great success for our entire university. The top position among all HAWs illustrates how consistently we live and continuously develop quality in teaching. This renewed leap forward shows that we are at the forefront of international comparison - and that is an extraordinary team achievement," says Rector Professor Dr. Ulrich Jautz, delighted with the strong performance.

"The promotion to the "4 Palmes" category underlines our international reputation, our important accreditations and our close networking with business and academic partners worldwide. At the same time, it stands for our continuous claim to excellence in teaching and research, our clear orientation towards global requirements and confirms our path to further expanding our study programs internationally," emphasizes Professor Dr. Thomas Cleff, Dean of the Business School.

The Eduniversal ranking is based on a survey of rectors and deans of a total of 1,000 business schools worldwide. For each country, they indicate which business school they would recommend to a prospective student wishing to study in that country. The ranking thus reflects the international reputation of a country's business schools. The 1,000 universities included in the ranking are selected in advance by an international academic committee on the basis of quantitative and qualitative criteria.
