Bosch company project kick-off meeting

Third-semester MBA students have the fantastic opportunity to work directly with global corporations in the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe area. Company project is an elective that is offered during the winter semester. The projects are designed like a consulting project, where student teams of four must present their findings and recommendations based on market research to project leaders of the respective companies. This year’s projects are in cooperation with Bosch, Mahle, and 1&1.

The company projects give students opportunities to integrate their skills and know-how that they’ve learned the last two semesters in various MBA courses, such as project management, strategic management, innovation management, and marketing. Furthermore, it offers them the chance to apply those skills to real-world projects with renowned German companies. In addition, working on a company project gives them opportunities to sharpen their leadership skills, teamwork capabilities, and communication management. The projects are student-led but are mentored by MBA professors: Prof. Dr. Jürgen Janovsky, Prof. Dr. Oliver Schwaab, and Prof. Dr. Harald Strotmann.
