Our master's program HRM is based upon the three pillars theory, practice and research. On the one hand, we base our education on a profound scientific approach. On the other hand our students have to transfer their learnings from classroom to practice in projects with companies. In the third core area students synthesize their theoretical knowledge and professional experience in applied research in cooperation with our Institute for Human Resources Research.
Our three-semester master's program provides a strong qualification in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM). As 90% of the courses are taught in German language, excellent German language skills are required.
And what makes our master's program HRM unique? We focus on interdisciplinarity to prepare graduates for the business reality in HR. We welcome a personally and professionally diverse student body, so besides Business Administration, our students hold Bachelor degrees in Psychology, Pedagogics, Law and Sociology.
