Procedure for enrollment

Have you been accepted for your degree program or have you received a letter of admission? Congratulations! Now there is just one big step left before you can start your studies: Enrollment, also known as matriculation. By enrolling, you become a student at Pforzheim University.

To do this, you apply for enrolment in the Pforzheim University application portal.

For degree programs with restricted admission:
You send the documents required in the letter of admission with the signed application for enrollment by the deadline.

For degree programs without admission restrictions:
Send the documents listed at the end of your application with the signed application for enrollment by the deadline.

Please note that the enrolment deadline is a cut-off deadline, i.e. if you miss this deadline, you will no longer be able to enrol and your place will be allocated elsewhere. If you are unable to submit individual documents by the end of the enrolment deadline, please contact our StudiCenter.

After your enrollment has been completed by the university, you will receive an email with further information to your private email address. Please make sure that your mailbox is not full.
